Wisdom Age Initiative is a charitable organization registered in California, United States. This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what we do with it. It was last updated on 7 September 2026.
Data Retention
Our system only retains data you deliberately enter in the following channels:

- Mailing Lists
When you contact us
Our contact form asks for your name and email address, and optionally your organization, your role, the nature of your inquiry, and your message. We use this to read and reply to what you sent us. Nothing more.
When you join a list
If you join our mailing list or express interest in a program, we record your name, your email address, which program or page you signed up from, and any interest you indicated. We use this to send you what you asked for. You can ask us to remove you at any time and we will.
Who else is involved
Running a website means relying on a small number of service providers. These are the only ones that come into contact with information you send us:
- Vercel — hosts this website and serves its pages.
- Google Sheets — where mailing-list and program-interest signups are recorded, in an account controlled by Wisdom Age Initiative.
- Our email provider — delivers form submissions to our inbox so we can read and answer them.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — a spam check that distinguishes people from automated bots when a form is submitted. It is used in place of tracking-based alternatives specifically because it does not profile visitors.
These providers act on our instructions and process the information only to provide their service to us.
Donations
Donations are handled entirely by an external, hosted payment service. Payment card details are entered on that provider's own page and never pass through this website. We receive the donation record, not your card number.
Where information travels
We are based in the United States and our work extends to Thailand. Information you send us may be handled in either country, and by the service providers listed above. We take the same care with it wherever it sits.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we will update the date at the top and, where the change is significant, say so plainly on the site rather than quietly amending the text.
